If you are an INDIVIDUAL or an EMPLOYEE, working in an RSTUV environment will clearly make your day more enjoyable because then, you are less affected by all the “interesting” workplace issues.
That will give you space to learn new things and create small changes for yourself daily, all of which enable you to move towards living a life you actually want.
(Sadly, that’s even less of a norm than employee engagement, but we can change that by starting to build that RSTUV workplace.)
